Weaves of Cambodia is an NGO located in Nothern Cambodia. It employs poor families and disabled people - landmine survivors and women suffering from polyomyelitis - Carol Cassidy has been running this NGO since 2002 and today more than 20 weavers work at WOC weaving high quality silks. The scarves and shawls are sold in Siem Reap, Vientiane in Laos and the Guggenheim Museum in NY City. A land mine survivor is hanging the silk scarves to dry.
